Fairly Strenuous One Hour Nordic Walks

Join us on one of our Fitness Nordic Walks.  A great way to work the whole body and socialise with other Nordic Walkers at the same time. There are four Fitness Walk sessions every week:
Tuesday 6pm - 7pm
Thursday 11am - noon (Combined Health/Fitness Walk)
Thursday 6pm - 7pm
Saturday 9am - 10am

Health Nordic Walking Sessions

Slower Pace One Hour Nordic Walks

Our Health Nordic Walks are slower paced walks with a lovely social feel.  A great way to enjoy an exercise class and have a natter with other Nordic Walkers along the way.  There are two Health Walk sessions every week:

Tuesday 3pm - 4pm

Thursday 11am - 12noon (Combined Health/Fitness Walk)
